    Hey all, got an amazing deal on a Tacoma and took it without knowing really anything about them. I've been on TW awhile now and realized at some point someone slapped TRD stickers on this truck cause they looked cool or something, but it is not a TRD.

    I recently found a possible donor 04 TRD being parted. My question is, how difficult would a rear diff swap be, straight Taco to Taco? Can you just swipe the rear diff, bolt it on, wire it and go? Or is there more to it? Thank you, and sorry for my ignorance lol
