    Take plenty of time as a bachelor, see no one and find yourself, travel and work on self improvement. Then maybe start dating again. People love rebounding because they don't know how to be alone and settle for what is convenient.

    Sorry to hear. The advice you're getting here is good. Use the time being recommended here to process (emotionally and psychologically) whatever this is really about for you. Feel it, get it, use it, it's for you. Also use it to find new angles on what you really want now (which might be different now than what you thought you wanted before). Also use it to have fun in non-serious relationships LOL. My two cents...
