New to the thread , and new to the Tacoma world..i have a question regarding What size tires for a 3 inch front and 2 inch rear by readylift on a 2020 sr5 possibly thinking of adding 1 inch wheel spacers using the stock black sr5 rims can I fit 285's without cutting. I don't mind removing the front flaps and the the cowl under the front bumper .. just wondering if I can get it don't without having to buy more shit other then tires

If ur running a similar setup Pics are appreciated...

    Cheers

285s for the most part fit with a 3" lift.

What kind of 1" spacer are you running? A 1.25" spidertrax spacer should get you far enough off the UCA to avoid rubbing. Without a CMC, you will almost definitely rub at full lock, turning in reverse, or if you stuff the suspension. If you're just going for the height of 33s, you might want to consider 255/85s. You shouldn't need to do any trimming/cutting and you still get 33s.

I love my 265/75/16 Duratracs, but my next tire purchase, I'm going Pizza Cutter 255/85/16, or possibly 255/80/17

I put on some Bilstein 5100's up front yesterday. Waiting for them to settle before I comment any further. Hoping it levels pretty close.

I got the lift from 4WP at about 300 miles so I kinda noticed a little bit of sluggishness and my Speedo needed calibration but the Rough Country calibrator fixed it. I get about 17.7 mpg on average; mostly city driving in Phoenix. Lots of 75-85 mph on the freeway.

I added a Sprint Booster to remedy throttle lag and I’m going to stack an OV tune on top of that to improve shift points and hopefully mpg.

They work for dusty trails at night. I’ll eventually go with higher powered fogs after some research and a bumper.

This is real nice. I have a 2". With the adjustable coil overs, I've been debating pushing it to 2.5" or 3". You running any UCA with that 3"? Any driveline issues identified? I thought about pushing it to 3" and picking up the 2" blocks someone has for sale.

No control arm mods yet. No rubbing or driveline issues on road or trail. I’ve put 9000 miles on it since the end of January and a lot of that has been high speed freeway and 250 mile drives from Phoenix to SW NM. Lots of variation in driving with no issues.
