What is the name of the plastic part circled in red and how do I remove them? I was trying to pry them off with my hands but it felt like it was going to break. Is there a trick to removing them or is it just plastic clips?

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Screws on front and back. Pull straight up. You won't break them.

Bed caps. Held on by plastic clips that are molded as part of the caps. Theoretically, the caps can be pulled straight up without breaking the clips. But this is more true when the truck is new, than it is after a few years when the clips have hardened and become brittle. (The clips go into holes in the sheet metal.)

I have found that gentle pushing with a thin spatula against the clips (from the outside in, for the 3rd generation trucks) helps to loosen them. Probe underneath the cap until you find the clips. Push with the spatula while pulling up on the cap, and suddenly the clip will pop free. It's easier if you work from the front of the truck toward the back

Appreciate the feedback, luckily my truck is only a few months old so I am hoping they won't break when I go to remove them.

I don’t know how they come off, I just know the paints gone underneath mine and rust is starting to show.

I pull mine off 2x a year when I swap between my roll bar and tonneau cover without the use of tools. I've yet to have an issue with a clip breaking.

It's a great time to pour some Fluid Film / Woolwax into the bedsides to prevent rust on the fender lips.

I had mine off a couple times. I found it easiest to start at the back and wiggle it upward.

Unfortunately, I don't have any good pics of them off.

Yup! I had a couple spots where using the rails to get up in the back or over the side had worn through the paint. Easy fix though.
