Is this feasible, take a set off put a set on? No extra parts?

    Welcome!

Not really. I think you have Hitachis just like the Sport? I don't know if they are the same part number or not. They're okay, but you'd be better off with some Bilstein 5100s.

The stock OR shocks are nothing to write home about either.

The Hitachis on the sport are "sport tuned" and have a much firmer ride than the Hitachis on the SR/SR5/Limited.

Whether it's a good upgrade depends what you are looking for out of it. But to answer your question, yes, all shocks amongst all the 3rd gen Tacomas are interchangeble (maybe not the Pro though?).

The shocks aren't going to help with that. The Sport springs might help a little, but a better bet would be some airbags or SumoSprings or similar.

You can definitely swap in the Pros, but it'll cost you to get them as take-offs.

Thanks for clearing that up! Wasn't sure if the UCAs and the lift were any different than the other models that would make the struts/shocks different.

Agreed. SumoSprings, Airbags, or even add-a-leafs would help improve payload and ride quality when hauling.

    You're welcome!

The UCAs were the same, until the 2022s come out with those sexy billet ones.

It is nice that everything is similar all around. It at least makes swaps easy.
