Cheep people or people who don’t know much about tools IMHO. Growing up dad always had Dewalt or Makita tools. Got some Milwaukee stuff around now.

 

I'd argue this also depends on intended usage. I'm not going to drop $$ on something that's used only a few times a year and will survive it's usage. I'm selectively cheap.

Yeah I agree with that as well. That’s kinda how I was about a impact gun. I could borrow one from a family friend a few times a year. But kinda got tired of that and a few years ago now I waited till Black Friday deals and picked up a

Milwaukee M18. Since I have it in the garage I find so many uses for it. Gone and helped a few people that had flats, including dad on the side of the interstate. I have taken it on trips in case I get a flat, make changing a tire a lot easier.

FML.... Many hours later and the yard is about ready to be mowed.


It was extra moist.

That pile is only about 3/4 of what I cut/pulled, but the rest of the piles aren't in the way of mowing paths so I'm not moving them right now.



Note to self: remember to ask our house sitter to mow next time.
