I recently replaced my wheels and tires and kept the originals on my 2013 Tacoma base reg cab. Now I have 4 of these things but I really do not know what I should do with them. The wheels are in so-so shape but the tires on them are really good and new.

They are currently at a shop and I can have them refurbish the wheels. They want to paint them black, but I wonder if they are better off as original colors, just refurbished. They are going to charge me $200 to refurbish all wheels.

Should I try to sell them as-is, or should I refurbish them and then sell them? Not certain what a good price would be for these. Ideally would like to sell as a set, and not separate wheel and tire.

Any advice on what I should do with these would be greatly appreciated.

I had no idea the stock 15" pressed steel wheels would take the plastic center cap. It looks much better.

I took off my stock 15" wheels and tires and put on 18" X-Runner wheels and new tires. At least by me it took forever to sell my old stock wheels, and I didn't get much for them. I seriously doubt you would get much more, if any, no matter how much you spent making your old wheels look good. When I bought the X-Runner wheels online, they wouldn't give me anything as a tradein for my old wheels

    These are not popular wheels.
Like you, a lot of people replace them with something better looking. I did.
They are a tough sell and spending money on making them look better would be wasted.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I didn't go with the refurbish job.

They are currently taking up space in my garage and have had no takers. I'd like to get rid of them to someone that needs them.

Advertise them as used tires, not used wheels.
There is probably someone interested in the tires and the wheels are their problem if they want them.

Yep I’m in Houston and that is my OfferUp ad. Let me know if you want to come by and try them out. They should fit.
