I never thought I'd have to ask this but by any chance does anyone have a guesthouse my wife, 2 kiddos and doggos might be able to rent on or near 22nd of July until August or possibly September?

Air BNB is our of the question as we can't afford anything over $2,000 per month.

Our lease ends on July 24th on our current apartment, we cannot do month to month because they are putting our apartment back on the market. We told them we'd be leaving moving out July24th.

We are in the process of buying a home BUT it will not be ready until late August or possibly September. When in September? We aren't sure.

We don't want to lease another apartment neither, since more than likely we'd have to pay a deposit on top of first month and possibly last month. We are trying to be frugal so that when it comes time to close on our future home, we have a good chunk of cash available.

I have a trailer house at the farm, 90min South of SA, I also would require a deposit.


Might want to consider renting a travel trailer as well, RV places will charge 300 to $500 month. Check Floresville area for cabins and RV's, most of the oil hands have been laid off.

 

I have a 18ft tear drop camper (has a dinette that turns to a queen and two bunk beds for the kiddeos) that i rent out if you have some specific dates i can try and work with you. Its small but im not sure if youd be intrested in that. Just trying to give you an option.

Good Morning SA! Playing with the round, black rocks out front today. Put them all in a wheelbarrow....

Did get through all the dash cam video, actually got it into a video. Not great, but not horrible. Front cam was blocked half the trip, and the date is wrong. Back cam features my bed cover. Trying to register the program so I can at least get rid of their watermark. Stay tuned....
