    Does anyone know if the 2nd gen off road wheels would fit or work on the 3rd gen off road? I was looking at the wheel specs sticky and it looks like the only difference is the +20 3rd gen and the +30 2nd gen. I am not sure what this number is.

    They will fit, I own both gen 2 and gen 3 Tacos.

    It’s the offset. Positive offset will sink your wheels in towards the truck. Negative offset will move your wheels away from the truck, poke.
