2018 Tacoma non-premium radio upgrade to unit with nav: what have you done?

    I bought a joying android touch screen to install in my 2018. Turns out there are 2 different bezels. A premium for the 7 inch touch screen radios and a non-premium bezel that fits the 6.1 inch radios that don't have navigation. The joying touch screen I bought does not fit.

    Has anyone successfully installed an android touch screen unit in a non-premium radio Tacoma?

    I really like the radios that can use my phone hotpot for GPS and spotify and what not, any help would be appreciated. I cannot believe my Tacoma has RADAR on it but not a GPS. That aint right!
