2021 Tacoma Double Cab

Hello. Im waiting on the delivery of a 2021 TRD Off Road and had a question about matching the taillights to LEDs to match the front upgraded LED headlights. Do I still have to use resistors for the turn signals or can I do without them? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
