2021 Formula 1 Season Paddock

Just watched the pre race drivers press conference. Georgie boy seemed quite relaxed when answering multiple questions about the Mercedes seat for 2022 - I'd put my money on the fact that it's already a done deal.

I really wish we could have seen the end of Russels second lap in Q1, he was almost a 10th quicker than Lando's time (5th position) through the first two sectors. He was flying. IF he pulled all 3 sectors together that would have been a good enough time for Q3 finishing 10th. He deserves to get some points tomorrow...

That was a great race!

 

The midfield was the most fun to watch IMO.

Mclaren had a great race. Was fun to watch Danny move up through the leaderboard.

 

That was a great race. Glad to see Alonso, Perez, Vettel, and Danny get to grips with their cars and get in the mix of things.

 

I thought Red Bull screwed Perez over by leaving him out there for so long but then 3rd place!

 

Bottas is done at Mercedes,they can’t be having him get attitude like that on the radio. Good entertainment

 

I suspect his statements and actions this year have been because he already knows he is out.

 

I can’t believe Max was able to hunt down Lewis for the win.

This ^. Its nice to see McLaren on the upswing. Hope their progress continues or maybe even fight for wins after the regulation changes next year.
