    Never had a Dogfish Head I didn't like, and this is no exception. It's a great IPA with a lot of floral / citrus-y hops combined with a caramel-like malty sweetness.

    In retrospect, I am grateful that my ever so patient better half declined my offer to grill dinner.

    Pretty sure that four pints of grog, flammable gas and a flame would only conspire to end badly for me

    Been to Bamberg several times and made it a destination to visit the brewery and have one fresh from the well.

    As I mentioned before, Rauchbier isn't for everyone and I consider it an acquired taste, that fades after having a second one..o_O
    BTW, Schlenkerla in old Oberfränkish dialect means "Staggering Man".

    If you like that one, try the "Oak" version.
    I think it's a kick above the standard version.
