AC Only blows cold while driving at fast speeds (2010 )

My AC only blows super cold when I'm driving above 50mph or so. If I'm driving slowly, the AC runs, but the air that comes out is neither hot nor cold (but it feels particularly humid).

If it matters, I was trying to recharge the AC with R134 a few days ago, and I think I overfilled it, as a bunch of green liquid sprayed out from the engine bay near the driver's side.

I just bought this truck, but I'm pretty sure the car used to be blowing cool most of the time (even when driving slowly), I just added refrigerant because it seemed a bit low, and now it's not blowing cold when I'm stopped/driving slowly.

I figured it might be the same issue as this thread below, but I just wanted ya'lls expert opinion.

Yep, you overcharged it. The 2nd Gen has horrible AC so your description of the AC before you refilled seems accurate. Take it to a shop so they can vacuum all of the refrigerant, fix any leaks, and then refill it to the proper amount.
