I recently got these installed at a local shop and my LCA to coilover bolt became this loose after about 1200 miles of asphalt, zero off-roading. The shop claimed it was normal and I just had to retorque my suspension at 500 miles. Is this true, or was this bolt not properly installed? I was driving on the freeway and started feeling something not right on the driver side front so after about 10 minutes of it getting progressively worse, I pulled over and found my LCA bolt like this. My truck almost felt like the wheel was wobbly at one point. Can any damage have been done to any of my other suspension components? Also, the spacers on the coilover are different on each side, is that normal? The red line is the rear of the truck, the blue is the front.

I can't see anything that would cause your suspension to operate poorly. The bottom of the shock is pinned to the LCA, despite the loose nut, and the spacers hold the position horizontally in the mount.
Your tech probably forgot to torque that nut. It can happen, which is why a bunch of us do our own work.
The mount spacers should be in the same position on the driver and passenger sides, but if you aren't rubbing anywhere, it's not changing the geometry enough to matter.
What exactly do you mean by "feeling something not right"?

What I felt, first started with a slight hum, I slowed down a bit and it stopped so I thought it might’ve just been the road, and then it picked back up, and it started getting louder, the trucks driver side front felt as if it was vibrating, then it seemed that the whole wheel was wobbling a little bit, and that’s when I pulled over and found that.

So you took it back to them and now everything's fine? If so, maybe they forgot to tighten the lug nuts also.

I haven’t taken it back to them yet. I am on Wednesday. I torqued it myself back to spec, it seemed that the side was not torqued correctly at all.

So the misalignment spacers on the coilover are supposed to be on the same side,(both facing the front?) But it is fine that they are not right now?

Fine is a relative term. I would fix mine as soon as I saw it because it's an easy fix and they are supposed to be on the same side, but it's just a sleeve of metal filling a space. I can't see how the shock being angled by 1/2" would cause a vibration while driving. Maybe somebody smarter than me will disagree...
