I had this happen last fall on my 2019. It was only 1 year old and battery kept going dead. Put meter in line with negative lead and found my Dash Cam was draining. It had done a firmware update through the phone app and I did not know it. One setting that changed was how the camera operates with ignition off. The old default was to hibernate. The new default was always on. I changed the setting back via the phone app and haven't had the issue since.

Or the battery is bad :D

Have you checked the water level of the Battery? Don't assume the dealer did.

You also have an ECU that can't properly charge an AGM. AGM battery requires a tune to up the alternator output, or to be put on a charger occasionally to keep from failing.

Optima has gone downhill over the last few years. Look around a few places at the "Autopsy" videos on failed units and you can see they have started to cut corners on construction.

That is sad to hear. I guess I will have to do some research and pick the best cold weather battery out there. My friends in the great white north will know!

I hear they love Odyssey batteries but I am not familiar with them.
