    Hi! I'm the proud owner of a silver 2005 4-door short-bed V6 TRD.

I bought it in November 2018 with 180,000 (trading in my bought-new lemon of a 2003 Subie Bajahahah with 180K miles). I hit 200,000 in June last year.

It came with a hard tonneau cover (which I promptly removed because I haul hay) and a ski/board rack (which I finally removed when I got the 2nd key made because all I need up there is more storage) and has the tow package (which is why I came on here - I want to be on the lookout for a light horse trailer and wanted to make sure there was any hope it could handle at least getting my TB and mini donk out of the way of a forest fire).

I put fake leather seat covers on because I found out it's true that even water stains the fabric seats. And I put in a rubber mat in the bed for cross-tying dogs and am on my nth hammock in the back seat for transporting same.

I paid too much for it and spent too much on it right off the bat, but I'm glad I have it. I've got 10-ply tires on it because I like to drive on unpaved roads (I live in the Sierrra Nevada foothills) and haul up to 1,000 pound loads of feed with it.

I enjoyed looking up what all the stuff behind the seat is for, love that the seat converts, although I never use that feature, and brag a lot about the a/c socket in the bed. I wish the bed had more hooks and compartments but appreciate the functionality of what's there and do want to install cross boards and a false floor for the bed like I did w/ my Subie.
