What are the differences between the following stock tunes. I have a 2019 Tacoma Sport 4x4. It seems I have two folds, with options in each folder, in which to choose from:

    Tacoma > 2019:

    89663 04B30 Stock.vft
    ......... 04B31 ........
    ......... 04B40 .......
    ......... 04B41 .......

    Tacoma 2.7L:

    89663-04A21 STOCK.vft
    ......... 04B22 .......

Not sure which one to choose, so wonder if there are descriptions of each?

    Thanks,
    Travis

Each is a different ECU code that the identifies your Year, Transmission, and Calibration. For example 04B04 is a 2016-2017 AT with the latest calibration update.

You can confirm your trucks version by using VFTuner and click identify.

    For a 2019 AT, it should be 04B30 04B31 04B32 or 04B33

See the 1st Post of the ECU Update thread. It is impossible to tell all of the changes, but you always want the latest. Like 04B33 as @Rainoffire suggested, if you're an AT.
