TCS and Check engine light on after removing SAIS Pump

    3-inch lift K&N air intake 33" wheels and tires
    I removed the SAIS pump 2 days ago to install new headlights. I get that the truck would throw the P0418 code that I'm reading but that's the only code I see. I don't understand why TCS would also be malfunctioning or turned off as a result of the removal of the pump.

    Are you sure you got everything plugged back in? It may have just thrown the code if you had the key on and/or engine running with the pump unplugged.
    As far as the TCS light most engine codes will cause the TCS system to be disabled as it relies on proper engine control to function properly.

    I do think I had the key on when I removed it. I permanence removed it so it won’t be getting plugged back in. I’ll try reconnecting the battery and see if it does anything.
