I need to work on getting over it. That guy is gone now...DEAD gone. I just early on seen his ineptitude and management & HR would never own up to it, instead preach diversity and such, everyone has something to offer. That the same thought process as everyone gets a trophy. BS,
I'm very much ready to move on but there's not much around here where I could find another 100k year job. (Base isn't that but always a little OT)

I think often the delivery has a lot of impact with the perception of "getting along with people".

I have a friend who is extremely skilled but his #1 response is to raise his voice and start out with WTF.
On the other hand I am a very in the background type of guy and soft spoken.

I have said many times we both would have gotten much further in life if we were just 10% like the other.
