Odd question for you all on the Cali Raised 25 Degree Slider. With the tucked in and tight install, will these also protect doors from the assholes who love to throw their doors open...in effect hitting the slider before the truck?

Really like the sleek profile of the 25 agree angle, but beyond trail protection I also want "asshole" protection. Can anyone with the Cali Raised 25 degree slides comment or provide a couple of close side and above (looking down) pics. Many thanks all.

It is tucked in pretty close. As far as door ding protection, it doesn't offer much. Uploaded a picture for reference. Hope this helps!

They really don't stand out proud of the doors at all (if you look down the side of the door from vertical). Pardon my feet, but first pic is is looking from about 18" back, 2nd pic is as vertical as I could get it looking straight down the door panel.

Not gonna keep the door dingers at bay with the 25-degree ones. :p
