I designed a port for the custom sub box I built a while back for my 2012 Access Cab. The port consists of two parts: the main port body and a rectangular tube insert whose length can be adjusted for different tunes (currently set up for 42hz). Why 42? Because its the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. It was sketched up using Autodesk inventor and printed with ABS on my Flashforge Adventurer 3. It sounds great to my ear: hits surprisingly low and hard for an 8in on 250 watts. The rearview mirror does indeed shake. And what is the main reason to have subwoofer? To make the cars behind you look fuzzy, of course.
