Auto start trdpro 2020

Hey where you ever able to figure this out? Experiencing the exact same problem on my 2020

 

If you have not activated it then it will not work. I order to activate the remote start for the very first time you have to press the SOS emergency button inside the cab, from here someone will come on over the speaker and ask what can they help you with and you tell them that you would like to have your remote connect services activated. After that you should be able to use the remote or app.
Also the sales man wo sold me my Tacoma said it didn’t have it equipped but he was wrong because my truck obviously has it lol

 

Wait… what? So did he explain any monthly charges or anything like that?
