Awesome. I like this setup a lot. I added the wescott design kit to it for a little extra height

Just make sure to wedge something to hold the brake pedal down. It helps reducing the amount of air that gets into the ABS module.

Man.. wish I would of thought of that the first go around when I did my extended brake lines. This round shouldn't be too bad since I already know what I need to do and have the appropriate wrenches, etc.

Just realized I didn't gap the ruthenium spark plugs when installed a few weeks back. Did those need to be? I really don't want to remove the s/c again lol

I wonder if that's my issue. Having the hardest time with mine and I think the ABS module has some air in it.

I wish I had that feeling. Pretty sure I have air trapped in there somewhere and I have bled them over and over. Thinking ABS module. Also considering swapping the wilwoods for some stoptechs.

Just posted this in another thread. It may just work for yours to activate the ABS module. The cheaper route, is to find a good patch of empty road or land to do some hard stops to get the ABS to activate. Three to four runs and activations should be all you need to get the air bubbles moved.

Leave the brakes. Do the tests I mentioned.

You should also be able to activate the ABS with Techstream if you have it (since you have a 2013 OffRoad model).

I emailed them about the trans cooler setup make sure it fits. they noted it would mount similar over our heat exchanger but I am still concerned over clearance since it will be 1" or so closer then they have it now.

If you have the 4runner style master then all you need to do to get a good flush is hold your foot on the brake pedal while a mate watches at the calipers for bubbles. @Torspd and I have done this with my track truck and have had no issues. Only thing you'll need to watch for is the reservoir as it will empty fast.

Just thinking out loud but I doubt you'll get any better performance other than running a 2 piece rotor (such as the SOS stoptechs. Unless the piston sizing doesn't match your brake master well. I thought we figured this out). I always manually bleed mine with 2 people, pump, hold, release method to a bottle of fluid method. Not sure how people are getting air trapped. Do you guys run a rubber line from the bleeder to a cup of fluid?

I also run Motul RBF/600. Some of the best brake fluid from my moto days. Been holding up well.

yah that's what I did but likely need to do it again. its always the wife and I doing it. my bleeder bottle was giving me issues. I do have speed bleeders up front so it shouldn't have introduced any air but seems worse off than when it was a couple of weeks ago when I had to bleed again.
