I’ve got a couple of home made Ram mount blanks. I made them then went ahead and did the A pillar mount so I never finished these. They are made from 1/2” thick aluminum. They will fit between the mounting surface and the fan switch bezel with a tiny bit of rubbing on the bezel. You could probably take 1/16” off with a belt sander and have a perfect fit. They need to be de-burred - they still have the small tables from the water jet and edges are sharp.
