First - I want to say a quick thank you to this forum and to all of you that provided all the valuable information on it.

Truly, if I can think it, you guys have already thought of it and figured it out. Thank you for taking the time to do your write-ups and tutorials and take pictures. For each one of you, there are countless others that are following in the path that you trailblazed.

It's only been a month since I purchased a used 2013 Tacoma base regular cab to haul stuff around and my wife now loves it and drives it more than I do. Just wanted to show you start to current state.

As purchased from the dealership... It was in rough shape. Dinged up in the front. Missing panel below the headlight. Stank inside. Toolbox in the truck had no key, etc. These pics were taken the same day it was traded in and I found it in their back lot, not even serviced yet. But- it's a 2013 Tacoma and it only had 86k miles on it. So I pulled the trigger.

Brought it home to provide a bit of TLC. Alignment. Tried to get some detailing done and fixed a few things. A/C only blew on high (free fix thanks to Tacoma World). Got the trunk release to work. Got some Tacoma rubber mats for the interior. Added Viper alarm because I wanted auto-door locks. Looking better.

In the shop here for a good overhaul. New Cragers. Thanks to this 5-lug forum I knew what wheels to get and the right fitment. New Michelins 235/75/R15 without any mods (black box or otherwise) with no rub. Still using old lugs.. new lugs on the way. The paint wasn't terrible but pretty dinged up and some minor rust in places, so got a good deal on a wrap. Window tint.

While the truck was taken apart, I had the wrapper install the fog lights and the (nearly) OEM rear view camera on the tailgate. I'll do the wiring this weekend and next.

The wrapper convinced me to black out the Toyota logo on grill and emblem on back. Glad I listened. Good fitment for the new tires. I would have preferred they were a smidge more tucked into the wheel well but I'm happy with this.

New bumper installed to replace old dented bumper. You can see the old bumper in the truck bed. I found the missing panel under the headlight in the toolbox, so had them wrap it and straighten things out and install it. It's still a little off but really can't tell unless you're really looking.

Good side shot of current state.

I could not have done this much so quickly without the incredible people on this forum that take the time to help others. Thank you.

Wow looks incredible, nice job. Have to agree with you on how helpful this forum is. Interested in knowing what rims you are looking into? Eventually, I hope to upgrade rims - a bit intimidating on what to get- Rim size? 15,16,17? Go with used Rav4 or Highlander that have the same center bore size? Pro Comps?
Anyway, that's another dollar, i mean day.

    Looks great.
I like the wider stance the new wheels give the truck.

The wheels for me were an easy decision because there isn't much aftermarket that will fit without modification or spacers to clear the calipers, and I didn't want any mods. I decided on these and removed the red and blue pinstriping on the wheels with a bit of acetone. It came of really easy and only slightly dulled the black finish.

    Cragar 342-5712: 342 Series Steel Wheel Size: 15" x 7" | JEGS

Of course, I only know about these wheels and to use acetone because of this forum. :dancingbacon:
