Yeah, honestly it’s right at the tipping point where that wheel has no traction so I’d be locked and crawling at that point anyways. It could probably take the abuse especially with an empty bed, but I’d rather ride on the bump stop than the rubber stop on that shock.

    Whole lotta stuff
Even slow speed, you don't want your shock to be the bump. The whole mount isn't designed to take the weight of the truck on top of it. Even if you never blew the shock, more stress on the welds, tower and bed thereafter.

That’s interesting, I would have assumed bump is bump and it doesn’t matter if both sides are stuffed or one side is.

I underestimated how much difference there would be. Like @Supra4x4 said, since the shock mount is out further than the perch, the lower mount will go up further when it’s at full tilt. It’s rotating about an axis that follows the spring perch essentially

Cool! Good to know. Glad you adjusted that. I don't got anything else man, I'm trying to put down your product, I just found that one statement illogical and surrounding design aspect of V2 to be unfortunate. I'm not up for the extra cross bar, but it's a cool design.

i did too for about a year after getting the hangers on, but the crossbar was a must-have and was worth every bit of effort to relocate. it totally changed my truck and brought the rear in line with the reinforcement i had on the front. Eric says like 10-15% improvement over the hangers alone... i would say at least that, but that's probably different on everyone's setup.

Ive only driven my truck 'maybe' 20miles with em. Huge difference.
Its like a old Fox body 'Stang and you put on subframe braces. Immediately noticeable.

So we are getting closer to having a batch of Archive HD leaf springs arrive. (A smaller batch of MD springs are also in production)

Heavy: Estimated ideal range 600 (3")-1000 (2.5"), 500 min recommended weight, 1200 max recommended for proper performance but lower lift.

Medium: Estimated ideal range 300 (3")-600 (2.5"), 200 min recommended weight, 750 max recommended for proper performance but low lift.

Plan is to give a discount on 10 pairs of HD springs, probably $750 pair + shipping vs normal pricing of $1,100.
Discount is because of being the first buyers/testers, and I will be asking feedback.
Preference will be given to Archive Hh customers. Still need to come up with a name along lines of an explorer, had some good recommendations before like "Leif Erikson", so taking ideas to. For reference, my 1st gen Tundra springs are named after Ernest Shackleton.

Start a conversation if you are interested. Thank you!

The MDs sound interesting, I look forward to hearing more. I just ordered Deavers but I might see if I can cancel them and switch to your Medium Leif Eriksons because the seem like the sweet spot between Stage 1 and 2.

Id cut the cut mount and reweld, as much as a pain it is you'll be sacrificing more up travel with spacing your bumps.
