We sold out of our original batch of Under Seat Compressor Mounts, thank you to all that purchased. The new V2 batch was just picked up from the powder coaters.

V2 Mount Changes:
-Now fits passenger or driver seat (F/R Seat Jackers required on both).
-If mounting under the driver seat, it will not fit a Twin ARB
-Laser Cut (not plasma) which makes the cuts/holes more precise.
-Modified quick connect air fitting hole to fit 3/4" bulkhead fitting (no washers needed)
-Fits 2003+ 4Runners (Twin ARB will not fit and additional plastic trimming might be required).
-Now works with the ViAir 300 Series.

What power connectors are those please? I just got the 400P-Automatic and realized it has a hard-wired set of battery clamps and have to decide if returning it and paying $100 more for the "400H-A" is worth it. Cutting those cords voids the warranty and in case something is wrong with the compressor it's taking a risk during the first year of ownership.

Don’t know if there are any other advantages/disadvantages to the 400H-A, but you could jerry rig a piece of wood (1x2x6” long) with bolts sticking out half way on each end. This would prohibit the two sides touching each other and keep your warranty in tact. One set of alligator clamps from the Viair attach to one side of the board, another set of alligator clamps a la jumper cables from the board to the battery on the flip side. Just until you get outside the manufacture’s warranty timeframe.

Just a thought.

 

Was a good thought, except for access cab seats that were just made for grandkids...

 

First time post on TW, figured I'd contribute with pictures on how the setup looked completed using a

VIAIR 400P under the driver's power seat. The original cable from the pump runs almost to the battery so the battery end was easy to complete.

Here’s how I did mine! Installed underneath the passenger seat. Had to extend the wires a good amount. Ran everything through the passenger firewall after soldering and heat shrink wrapping all my wires. Hooked up the switch wire to my garmin power switch that I got from Blaze Offroad so i can either activate it via Bluetooth or by the switch itself. Personally the switch is my preference for actual use but it’s nice not to be able to turn it on unless activate it on the garmin device. It won’t just turn on if the switch is accidentally touched. To do all that, it took me about ten hours lol

 

I'm patient but will consider other options for now. Great looking product though!
