Entune randomly losing audio on calls?

I've made calls via apple carplay plugged in on my iphone via USB. Hang up and make another call and all the sudden there is no audio. Switch call to speaker phone and can confirm the lady is on the phone. So I unplug the phone to attempt the call via bluetooth and its still "muted". Put the phone back on speaker and lady is still on the line. This will exist for multpile calls and then suddenly phone calls work again via bluetooth/carplay. Anyone else hearing of this or similar issues?

 

Mine does the same thing. I haven’t been able to figure it out. Subscribing so hopefully somebody has a solution.
