Full replacement every 30,000 or drain and fill every 10,000.
It's what I am personally comfortable with.
I would advise no more than 60,000 for full replacement.
FYI, Aisin recommends 2yr/12,500.

If your screen is still good you should be able to brake klean it off and reuse I think.
