2009 Silver Tacoma TRD Off Road

Hello all! New here. Bought my first Tacoma last week. 2009 TRD Off Road.
My first cheap mod was to add the Uni filter to the SAIS. Looked under the hood and couldn’t find where it should be. I see the bracket where it should be mounted. Wondering if previous owners took it off or do certain years or trucks not even come with them. Looked through the forum and noticed someone mentioned a 2010/11 didn’t come with it. Couldn’t find anything on 2009.
