I know they make it clear in the ad that the frame is bad, but to sell a vehicle with a clean title and say "good condition" but also "as is" with a huge safety issue like a frame that is on the verge of failure...seems like they are setting themselves up for a potential headache.

If it was being sold for parts only then that'd be different, but to sell it as a running vehicle? I don't know maybe it's a grey area.

I mean you can't put up an ad and say "I might rob you when you come to buy my truck, so in case you get robbed let it be known that I warned you" and be free and clear of any wrong doing.

And lol @ "good condition". That frame needs serious repair or a swap, that hardly qualifies as good condition.

Also TBF, shady used car lots sell shit like this all the time, at least this guy pointed it out?

When I was shopping around went to one, and the Taco they had was straight swiss cheese, like I didnt need a hammer just my finger. Left that place in a hurry...
