    I just installed 35s on my tacoma. I planned on staying with stock gears for a while. Well the truck actually drives good and doesnt gear wander (roads are pretty flat where i live). but the catch is the truck does not hit 6th gear anymore. RPMs are too low. So without going into final over drive am i potentially damaging anything in the transmission? On the freeway going about 70 i dont go above 1800 rpm

    No, you can set S mode to 5th if it makes you feel better. ECT will help as well.
