Pro Comp 6in lift w/ Icon Coilovers,AllPro UCA's, AllPro Baja Leaf pack, Bilstein 5150's in the rear. Tires Mickey Thompson MTZ 275/70R18 w/ procomp 7089 wheels. ARB front bumper with mile marker winch, Custom made all quarter inch steel rear bumper. Demello rock crusher slider's. CoverKing neoprene seat cover's, AllPro trail armor All-pro U-bolt flip kit with Timbren bump stops and many many many other mods, way to many to list.
Just replaced my 6in coilovers with RC Vertex 8 stage, Dirt King LCA's, added 35x12.50R18 Milestar patagonia MT tires.
After having the alignment done I noticed my UCA's are pushed way up and are stupid close to the inner fender well.
I know while driving in my pasture I can hear the UCA's slamming and making the thud sound. I have Timbren bump stops on the front and rear.

I'll add pics to show how far up the UCA's sit on both sides.

I have a Pro Comp 6in lift with a Pro Comp Extended Spindle

I'm assuming the range of motion for the UCA is now maxed out with the 35's.

Do I need to get away from the Uniball UCA'S?

Can you add some pics of the LCA too? It looks like your spindle is entirely too long or your LCA is too high, i.e. not on the drop bracket.

upper control arm looks way too high. How much preload is on the springs? What is the fender to center of the hub measurement? I wonder if you don't have enough preload and the truck is lower than it should be with those coilovers.

The shocks likely arent meant for a 6" lift so they are too short. Im betting the truck is sitting quite low.

    Yeah.
Yeah, this is what I am thinking -- where did the spacer go that is supposed to be above the coilover?

There are coilovers specifically made for 6" lifts that do not need any additional spacers which is what OP said he installed.

    Yeah.
Got it, that is a long MF shock.

So, it appears that one of the following must be true:

    - those are the wrong shocks (too short)
    - the front of that truck weighs a ton and the suspension is fully compressed
    - the LCA's are installed in the original location rather than the drop bracket (not even sure if this is possible)

I do have an ARB steel bumper with 12,500 winch synthetic line. Other then weight that is it for the front.

Shocks are specifically made for my 6in lift. They add a longer shaft at the bottom of the shock to make it work for a 6in lift.

I've added additional pics. Appreciate the comments and assistance.

You need a stiffer spring. That thing is sagged hard. Unfortunately, I dont think preload will fix that.

All depends on dimensions. Eibach should have something. You will need to know length and inside diameter. You will likely want a 700lb spring. What you have is likely under 600lb. Reason I say you need a spring is because your current spring is nearly fully collapsed. the only thing holding it up currently is the bump stop.

It's definitely just a case of the ride height being way too low. You can tell by the upward angle of the CV axle and you can also see the bump stop in contact with the LCA while parked.

It looks like a 600 lb spring based on this product number. Likely 14" long too. I would call RC to confirm the size coil that comes on these and then get a stiffer one. Luckily it looks like a standard coilover coil so any brand will work. Accutune has eibach coils ready to go.

Good eye! I didnt even notice that. With the bumper and winch on this truck I would jump to 700's

I definitely agree with that, especially seeing how much those coils are compressed.

Unrelated, but I have 18"x600 on my coilovers and it's still sitting too high for my liking so I have some 18x500 being delivered tomorrow. Gonna articulate so easy in the rocks, I can't wait.

I called Rough country and they said the spring rate on the coil spring I have now is 740. Does that even sound correct?

No it does not. Like @EatSleepTacos said, it appears to be a 14" 600lb. 740 would be incredibly stiff.

Send them pics then and ask them to explain wtf is going on. If those are 740 lb coils then they wouldn't sag like that. It's possible you got a bad pair of coils but that's highly unlikely.
