Ahhh, gotcha. I don't think ARB makes one that narrow but others might. You would probably need to fab up some brackets to connect the awning mounts with the bed side channels.

Instead of mounting so low, have you considered making awning posts that could be slid into mounts on the awning and the side rails? Here's a couple of ways I made my awning mounts.
I used linch pins to hold the awning in place. You could modify the backing plate, but use the basic sleeve design for the bed rail mounts.

    Question for you guys
What’s a good price for ARB 1250 without cover secondhand?

    I feel like $150
I found a seller asking like $200 for and old looking one

And at this point well first off,
It doesn’t come with a cover
NAPA been had their 8ft Balkamp for $130 new, with cover

and I don’t even know if a 1250/4ft is really worth it given the small size and tendency to aim shade away from directly underneath it.

versus shoving something a bit longer on a roof rack

only issue to weigh out is the fact I have a used roof rack (hard to go wrong with) at this time but that’s it.
It wouldn’t hold an 8 footer.

I wouldn't buy an awning without cover for any price. Wouldn't that thing be tatters after a few hundred miles at 70mph?

I have an ARB awning I think it's 8'x8", used about 20 times but it's probably 10 years old, I'll sell for $150. The cover has some cosmetic scuffs, but intact and zipper is good. The awning itself is in great shape. Some of the Velcro straps for the lateral rods are getting fuzzy. No mounting brackets, I repurposed them for my current awning
