My daughters friend gave this to me today. It’s an actual bottle opener!

Interesting lighting when I took these pictures. Was towards evening and it was getting ready to snow.First car is a 63 Catalina. The 62 Chrysler 300 is another Johann kit. The 55 Belair came out nice and the 65 Galaxie is a Promo car that dealerships used to give out to the kids when dad bought a new car.Those are going for $100 or more today for nice ones. Ive picked up about 10 of them at yard sales and flea markets. A lot of people dont know what they are.
Also made a couple orders on Hobbylinc.com. They have some neat Japanese kits and good selection for supply's. Diecastmodelswholesale.com has a huge selection of die casts. Both have been good service and prices are reasonable.

Was it this set but with the green, volksrod bug?

 

I bought this set for the yellow bug but yes I had bought that set to get the green volksrod.

 

I had bought a set a year or two ago to get the blue volksrod. Then one day at Walmart I see it on the rack as a single. Figured crap but whatever I have it now and left it there. Then a few days later I find out the one in the set has a roof rack on it and the single doesn’t. Went back many times before I saw it again and bought it. I don’t know if they are going to do that with the green one or not.

 

I thought about asking you if thats where you got it and if it was the set with the Red Lotus Esprit and if you would want to sell it since that was the only car i wanted.... but then i saw it last night with the green car in the corner and i didn't know what it was so i just bought it.

Not sure what I did with all the cars in that other package but if there are any you see in a package I post just let me know. I will gladly send it to you for free.
