Clazzio leather seat covers, trd pro grill, torneau cover

I recently picked these two pens up and did the base coat layer on two small paint chips on my Tacoma, I was wondering how long should I wait to apply second coat? In addition should I use a polishing compound after the second layer is applied and dried? Thank you!
