I currently have 33in all terrains with stock wheels, and have definitely noticed a power difference. with plans to add a bed rack and tent, would a regear be a Necessary investment or not worth it at this stage?

I'd say yes. Especially if you're planning on hitting a highway with your rack and a tent.
But... If you're on the fence about it, try tuning (ov tune, or maybe some other tuners on here) it'll definitely help with gear hunting, etc

    I’d 100% regear

Heh. The "last" mod I would REALLY enjoy right now. Towing a camper with heavy turd gen on 33s. It really sucks! I mean it tries really hard, but whole experience sucks

BTW, We're camping in Iowa tonight

East coast gear supply has complete 3rd members. Get the bushing in the front diff at the same time. Either swap the diffs yourself or take to shop. Labor will be a lot less then having the shop swap gears (if you can find one that can set up a ring and pinion) and ECGS has a 5 year warranty on setup.
