I am hoping someone out there will know if my 2009 Tacoma access cab will have drilled-tapped bosses under the black strips on the roof. I think double cabs do, not sure about mine. TIA Cheers, Dave

I don't believe the access does.

Nope. If you’re looking to add a roof rack or something, you’re gonna have to drill.

Bummer, I figured so. Next question; does anyone know if Yakima makes a foot pack for their round bars?

I posted a question to Yakima and they haven't got back to me and the local dealer didn't know

They do, but a setup from Yakima is around ~$500 for mounts and bars. Not to mention, Yakima has been pretty much out of stock of everything for a bit.

Ya, local dealers here are complaining of no stock or deliveries. I might consider bolting on gutter mount receivers, they seem to be easier to find used.

I have gutter mounts with round bars on my camper shell that I got off eBay for around $200. Great option.

Toyota never made an OEM roof rack for the 2nd gen Access cab. I haven't been able to find Yakima parts in a reasonable price range. Prinsu does make a rack for the access cabs, it does require drilling.
