I recently purchased LED turn signal lights for my 2017 Tacoma with built in load resistors that are to suppose to prevent hyper flashing. The problem I am having is that when I turn my lights on, and use the turn signals, they do hyper flash, but with the lights off, they do not hyper flash. Does anyone know why this is happening? And if so, how can I correct this issue?

Easiest and best fix is to run the OEM bulbs
