On all Archive parts we strive to make threads replaceable, which is something to consider especially on long trips offroad say Alaska or Baja.

Look through the box, the 2 flags with a hex hole to weld around the nut

Lol, reminds me of a time a buddy of mine welded some sliders onto his 3rd gen 4Runner. Jumped on them, said “see, solid!” Then they fell to the ground lmfao:rofl:best day ever.

One side done. Have about 5 inches of up travel before full bump and 6 inches of shock shaft sooooo I'm hoping my math is correct. 20210708_123759.jpg

Where did you get the shock skid plate thing? Also, seems like it might interfere at full bump?

Yes that sounds good because during articulating the shock gets further compressed

Good news, bad news. First off. I forgot to flex the side the guard is on so I'll check on that in a few. Everything seems to be working smoothly except I'll need wheel spacers for sure. 20210708_132916.jpg 20210708_132925.jpg 20210708_132931.jpg

Oh yeah, you’re all up on that shock. Looks like you need at least an inch spacer, maybe more.

Shock guards clear with no issues at full bump. 3/4 bora spacer fixed more the issue. Still touches at full bump but not until then and it's not hard.
Glad I went with the 14" shocks over the 12. I able to get 12.5 inches of used shaft and that with the icon pack on stage 3.
Any questions or anything I missed just let me know. This thing flexs 100x smoother than the stock setup. 20210708_135956.jpg 20210708_140027.jpg 20210708_140519.jpg 20210708_135827.jpg 20210708_140538.jpg 20210708_140126.jpg 20210708_135812.jpg 20210708_135802.jpg

Dang, they’re stuffed into those shocks. Whats your wheel offset and tire size?

Thanks for getting this done so quick, and all the pics, good work

315s and zero offset wheels (4.75" bs), I think that is what Methods are, will need a spacer as you've shown.

315s on some 3.5" backspacing wheels might be ok without a spacer. 285s on 4.3" backspacing wheels might be close

Had a little fun today. Was finally able to find some time to test out the relocation. I can say it was great! Places that i use to have to turn on rear locker i now get traction! Damn look at that flex!

I'm guessing these are holding me back from the full 14" of shock. 20210709_182848.jpg

You’re gonna be hard pressed to pull 14” out of SOA on these trucks, but one thing that will help is replacing the rubber bushing in the shackle with a poly one.
