Ordered a 30" light bar and when I got it something inside was rattling around. They sent another, and something inside that one was loose as well. Got the third replacement today, and guess what... exactly the same. So I emailed them for the millionth time and the owner of the company emailed me back and said it's perfectly fine, that they should never have sent another bar in the first place, and that his "engineer" said it's not an issue that internal parts of the light bar are loose. I told him that I didn't think a $260 light bar should have pieces flopping around inside and he said I could return it if I paid for shipping and a 15% restocking fee. So now after a month of going back and forth with these guys, my choices are keep the poorly-built thing or lose like $60 returning it.

Are you sure the mounting hardware isn't what is lose? I've had lightbars before where there are little nuts in a track that are lose until you mount it.

    No, it's definitely something internal.

might be worth taking it apart and seeing what you can do about it if its gonna cost you that much to return it.

I might, but I'd rather get my money back.

Not shocking. They sell mid to low grade Chineseium LED's with their logo slapped on it. For whatever reason they've gained a following on social media and that's why people continue to accidently buy their lighting products.

I know you said you paid $260 for it and maybe feel like that was a lot, but in the world of off road lighting thats dirt cheap. I'm not saying you need to go with a full Heretic setup, but the price should have been a red flag. Unfortunately with most lighting products across the spectrum you get exactly what you pay for. If it seems too good to be true it is

caliraised LED is nothing more than rebranded trash from "CHY-NA" . save your self headaces and buy rigid, baja, or DD.

I definitely won't make the mistake of buying something from them again.

I don't see the big issue. So what it has a rattle, after the 3rd one you should have figured it's just how that particular light is made. Hope you feel better about blasting them publicly. Maybe if you did some research beforehand, you would know they aren't the same quality as BD or Rigid. Also don't cost as much, you get what you pay for.

I have figured out how they're made: poorly. That's the whole point of this thread. Maybe if you did some research beforehand, you would realize this is the vendor review section.
