Guam has it's own forum but DC up through NE is all in one?

    Guam is sort of isolated. Thus deserves it's own space.

    Seems like truck action actually in DC proper would be pretty limited. So for the folks living there, or in close proximity, it's easier to go to the region they may tend to travel to most.

    Growing up in SC, I considered DC the north. It was a city that had a beltway, subway, interstates with huge overpasses with more than 2 lanes in each direction, professional sports teams, etc.

    But seriously, how about a mid atlantic forum...
