2021 Towing Package include brake controller?

In Canada at least, each V6 comes with the tow package

Does anyone know if I see need to get a brake controller or is it built in as well?

Plan on getting the Taco next week and our Coachman Apex Nano 194bhs a week or two after.
(trailer is 3634lbs dry)

 

They didn't come with the brake controller in the previous years. Just the trucks harness prepped to plug a controller in.

 

I installed a "REDARC" brake controller, simple plug & play, works great.

 

You need to get a brake controller yourself, doesn't come with it.
