Good ole Bumblebee... where cars catch on fire driving through the pass on the highway LOL ...
Hey so is that area suitable for stock tires?... need to exercise my 4WD but I only have stock - Firestone something-or-other.
And if so, and easy to get to, send me a note I'd like to get out there looks like a great place to shoot some rattlers with my camera too.
    Here's a blue-speck I walked up on last year on a trail.

Ah man these rattlers ain't that bad you just gotta watch where you step and don't walk around with headphones on.

These blue specs ( and white and orange and all manner of colors ) are pretty darn chill.
The diamondbacks are more aggressive and will put on a show for you.

As long as I can see 'em it's no problem.

The summer heat out here is quite intense - last year we had 145 days where temps were 100 or more.
We see 110~115 on a regular basis.... and if temps drop to 80 people put sweaters on... no lie LOL
Fall / Winter / Spring are heavenly tho.

We got these bad boys too:... they get up to 2 feet long.

I wouldn't risk it with the stock tires personally. The sand in the wash of bumblebee rd is very very soft. I struggled to keep momentum in 4lo and mud terrains.
Bumblebee Rd itself is just a dirt washboard road leading up to crown king, you can exercise your 4wd there if your looking to just use it but again its just a dirt road so nothing challenging. Keep it slow though, i recently knocked my alignment out driving down this road

i believe the wash entrance is here https://goo.gl/maps/oTkb28EMcfjfPHyZA

All State Trust, BLM and National Forests should be open now

Heres some great trails to check out for 2wd and/or stock tires. See Funtreks.com for more details (also check for closures/fire restrictions)
-Castle Hot Springs Road (Morristown to Lake Pleasant)
    -Mt. Ord
    -Montana Mountain
    -Four Peaks
-Seven Springs to Bloody Basin or Sheeps Bridge (Cave Creek. Very long and very bumpy)
    -Table Mesa (West Side)
    -Bumblebee to Crown King
-Crown King to Prescott via Senator Highway

They say if you wanna go to the Outback in Australia you take a Range Rover.
If you want go get back you take a Toyota.

    Where abouts were you.
