Got the truck about a year now and currently noticing the steering has become sloppy. Feels like I always have to steer to the left to correct the truck. Pulls to the right when I brake. Had it in to dealer said it was fine but man something is not right.. is the steering rack bushing still an issue with these trucks?

Sounds like text book alignment issues?

    Miles?

Sounds like a combo of needing an alignment and possibly a grabby brake caliper.

Have the brakes ever been serviced (like cleaned and lubed where appropriate)?

But I'd start with an alignment. At a known good alignment shop. Not just whatever big box has a sale.

8500 miles.. yea I took it to dealer for service and asked them to check alignment they said it drove fine and gave it back..hahah but these are the same guys that said my truck was fine when it had trouble starting cause of a bad injector.. that one took 3 trips to dealer and a loaner for a week

Alignment is warrantied for around 12,000 miles I believe, ask them to fix it again.

My Tundra had a slight pull to the right after I got it and it was out of alignment. Not bad, but enough for me to notice. Of course, my dealer assumes everyone is a complete moron and just says things like “well roads are slanted, so that’s probably it.” After I convinced them that I understood how roads are made and explained why I thought it was alignment, they checked it. Funny enough, it was out of alignment. I would push them to check alignment or find another dealer.
