My 2020 TRD OR has bilstein 5100 (1.5" lift) on the front and bilstein 5100 on the rear with firestone air bags. To level the truck, I have to put about 35psi in the rear bags and it rides a little rough. I've been thinking about putting a spacer lift in the rear so I can reduce the pressure to maybe 10-20 psi for a less harsh ride. Anyone has experience with this? Just wondering if im wasting my time.

It will work just fine. The better option is to do a full leaf pack, like OME's. But a block is an acceptable option especially if it mostly stays on the street and extreme flex isnt a concern.

Please provide more information. How are you using the truck? Airbags suggests you routinely carry extra weight (e.g., cap/camper). You may want to look into a new set of leaf springs.

I always carry a RTT, toolbox, fridge, bikes, 6-gallon water tank, and occasionally tow a 3500lb boat trailer. The airbags are filled to 35psi on daily driving and 45psi on the heaviest load. My biggest complaint with my current set up is that large dips in the road have a harsh rebound with the bilstein 5100 shocks. Like, too fast of a rebound.

EDIT: Also, it rarely off roads. But I would like to drive out west and do some easy trails.

Forget the blocks. Economic work around Add A Leaf (AAL). Cost is not a issue solution, “Deavers”. I got OME leaf springs (a great deal from someone upgrading) but will go to Deavers when these give it up.
