Looking at it now. If you could see it’s not bolted down then I’m not sure what you expected to happen

Pulled 455 for 4 sets of 1 yesterday without crazy hitching. Calling it a win for taking off 2-3 months.

I remember going to the gym once, but that feels like a past life right now.

These days work is working out, and its kicking my ass!

I plan to hit the gym and lift twice a week here soon, and start up running again. I just need an adjustment period.

Right now I’m trying to work on diet and backing off the beer intake. Down to 2-3 beers a day now. We’ll try to get down to 1 a day next week ;)

1 a day is better than none. Marathon not a sprint.

I miss having 3 hours a day to myself for the gym but having a kid is way more fun than lifting weights so now it’s just 1.5 hour to do as much as I can a few days a week. Is what it is.

how you liking the new job?

Its hard with free beer everywhere you go. Also a coworker turned me onto the Tavour app (don’t look it up if you love beer).

A day at a time is what I keep telling myself. Being on my feet 12-14 hours a day some days is good ultra training though.

So far I love it. I’m pretty much a personal bitch and scrub floors and fermenters, fill kegs, and help on the canning line.

It beats the shit out of a desk job! :)

Just started my garage gym build over the weekend. Long way to go but I think this is a good start and hopefully it motivates me to be a little more consistent in the gym.

Hit the gym this morning finally.

Full body workout, basically just did some super light work just to hit all the muscle groups. This week I am going to try to hit the gym a few days a week just to do this kind of super easy lifting just to make sure I hit all muscle groups evenly throughout the work week. Over time I'll bump up the intensity.

I'm working on improving my diet back to whole foods. Holy shit. My stomach has adjusted to eating junk. Low volume, high calories. Now I'm going to high volume, lower calories and I'm struggling to eat enough on my new schedule.

Picked up salmon, ribeye, and chicken thighs at the store to help get in those cals :9

Operation build some wheels is happening slowly. New PR on my terrible squat being able to do sets of 3@ 345. Almost every workout involves legs one way or another now.
