Do you need the fiber optic additive for 2020+ Tacos with sequential turn signals?

You simply go with synthetic blinker fluid.

    Dang....

This soldier jumped out of a plane at 15,000 feet, his parachute didn't open, he smashed through the roof of a house, and he SURVIVED

British soldier training in California had a miraculous escape from death.

According to reports, the soldier survived a 15,000 feet parachute plunge that ended with him crashing through the roof of a house.

The soldier was seen parachuting through the air before crashing straight through a roof by residents of Atascadero, San Luis Obispo County, according to reports.

Following the incident, local police confirmed that the unnamed soldier was part of a group participating in an exercise at the Camp Roberts training facility in central California. The mishap happened because his parachute failed to deploy properly.

“The parachutist was conscious but stunned with complaints of pain but no visible serious injuries,” the Atascadero police department said in a statement on Facebook.

The post added that the Atascadero Fire & Emergency Services were quick to respond to the incident and their members treated the injuries of the parachutist and even transported him to a nearby hospital.

"Investigation revealed that a parachute failed to fully deploy during maneuvers by a group training at Camp Roberts. This was the only incident involved and all others participating in the jump landed safely at the designated landing field," the post added

The soldier suffered only moderate injuries and no other persons were injured in the incident, the police confirmed.

A local resident told reporters she was alarmed by the impact and rushed to the property to check.

Holy shit. I hope the home owner had their accidental paratrooper crashing through roof insurance current or it may not be covered.

If the paratrooper was caused by wind then standard home owners insurance will cover it. If caused by rain then they will need flood insurance.

Does the insurance company consider a falling foreign paratrooper an Act of War?

When you're gonna go mudding but forget about that pesky tide...

Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 submerged in water at Folkestone harbour

A 4x4 stuck in the mud at Folkestone harbour has been completely submerged by water.

Coastguard crews desperately attempted to free the vehicle but were unable to prevent the incoming tide from swallowing the Nissan Pathfinder.

The vehicle is under there somewhere!
Onlookers have been watching the drama unfold this morning, near to the fish market and Rocksalt restaurant.

The grey vehicle is currently beneath the water after becoming submerged at about 10.30am - two hours before high tide.

Attempted rescuers waded through the mud as they tried to save the 4x4, but have had to helplessly watch on as it disappears beneath the surface.

The Nissan was stuck in the mud before being claimed by the tide
Now, they are out in an inflatable and two vans are attempting to pull it free from the water.

There are no reports of any injuries, and neither police or ambulance crews have been called to the scene.

Standard insurance will not cover “acts of war” or “public insurrection”, so you are SOL.

The insurance will claim it’s an act of war and not covered. The military will claim it was an act of God and not covered.

The homeowner will file a claim and wait ten to fifteen years for reimbursement.

File with your own homeowners who will then file a tort claim against the branch in charge of the op, they’ll hem and haw and try to pay as little as possible.

...^^^... This guy falls 15,000 feet going through a clay tile roof and survives ...

And 3 weeks ago a friend from our McDonalds breakfast group was texting and stepped off of a 6" curb, hits her head and dies the next day ....

    weird things happen in life.
