2.5" Fox relocation * Hammer hanger * Archive MD springs
Remember, you're asking a 56" spring to pull big numbers, however the RXTS strong suit is they are flexy and seem to pull over 12" maybe 13"+
But like Randy said, the rubber bushings could be holding it back a bit

Also for readers, just because our relocation offerings (2.0" and the orig 2.5") can fit 14" shocks, doesn't mean your particular setup will get 14".
Especially with HD springs, I recommend 12" shocks, which is about a 50% travel gain over stock

I figured this was about all I'd get. Long term plan is chevy 63's or depending financially where I'm at trailing arms and a bed cage.

That is pretty sweet! I am wondering if I am going to have the only DCLB with the Archive relocation?

Well you can get more with poly bushings for the stock shackles which I list on my site. Also, Hammer hangers would bring a nice ride quality and durability improvement. Because the RXTs are short, you might gain droop from Hh, but they do so much more

Little more info for you guys. Stage 3 icon pack and most likely my stock hangers definitely limit strait droop. It will drop out around 6 inches strait down. Exposing 10" of shock shaft. Flexing I can pull 12.5 shock shaft but that's just about floating. I chose to run 14s as I'll be upgrading to chevy springs eventually. Even with this setup tho I don't really see a downside to the 14s over over 12s. I get all my up travel and the lower shock mounts are level and way higher than stock. 20210712_131030.jpg 20210712_131140.jpg 20210712_131159.jpg

I'm towing a trailer cross country in a month is the only reason I'm stage 3 currently BTW. I'm dropping down to 2 after I'm done.

Nice. I was set on a 63, but ended up going with the hammer hangers. I don’t have the time to do anything like that :( Im on Dakar’s though, I’ll be switching over to Deavers as my understanding is that they’ll flex out more. Went with 14” as well. hopefully I can push 13” of travel.

Nice Dodges! Thank you for the further info and pic, the setup is doing pretty great IMO. However, it appears having the very thick extra leaf in the RXT pack to make it "Option 3" is also reducing droop somewhat, by reducing the flexibility of the leaf pack. This is a good example to other readers that pretty much any HD pack tends to reduce droop travel, and that should be taken into consideration.
We'll see how the forthcoming Archive HD leaf packs do, definitely hit 12" shock travel.

I'm compelled to say this because you stated your future plans without listing any compromises of the 64" swap. The problems with 64" swaps are welding new front hangers on the frame where it is double thick, likely causing rust to start or accelerate between the main frame channel and inner channel, poor shackle arrangement that increase rear sway, sketchy frame support at the new shackle spot and will ride harsher then a shackle in tension. Why do all that just to get 14" when your current spring can do 13" with adding poly bushings?

Both on my Tacoma and on my 1st gen Dodge with 64" swap, having the shackle flip rode worse than a shackle in tension.

Ordered my shocks, u-bolt flip, bumps, and poly shackle bushings today! After chatting with Accutune I ended up going with the Performance Series 12.0" Foxes with LSC adjuster. Just need to order some extended brake lines and I'll be ready to install when everything shows up!

A buddy just did this relocate so I thought I’d add his pics here. His resi mount was pretty clever. Some 1” angle iron with two slits cut out for the hose clamp to slip through.

I might just buy me a decent welder and burn these on myself.. I’m just scared of getting the angles wrong.

That’s a relief. I’m usually extremely busy so figured I’d pay someone, but I think the money would be better spent upgrading to a decent welder.
